Release Plan

  1. Move current release plan in the Get Involved section to Previous Release Plans Section on the main VPP wiki page.
  2. Create a new Release Plan page by copying the most recent release plan.
  3. Update the Release Deliverables and proposed Milestone dates
  4. At the next VPP Bi-Weekly Meeting, review proposed Milestone dates and request that community members add their projects to the Release Plan Deliverables section.
  5. Follow up at the following VPP Bi-Weekly Meeting to confirm Milestone dates.
  6. When Milestone dates are firm, contact attend the next CSIT Weekly Meeting to review release plan with the CSIT Project Team.
